Q1: Are your sacred artifacts authentic?
Yes. All our sacred artifacts are personally consecrated by Daoist masters from Longhu Mountain Celestial Master's Mansion. Each artifact comes with a Kaiguang certificate that can be verified. We guarantee 100% orthodox transmission and reject inferior imitations.
Q2: What is Kaiguang? Why is it necessary?
Kaiguang is an essential Daoist religious ceremony. Through scripture recitation, talisman inscription, and blessing rituals, celestial and earthly energies are channeled into the artifact to activate its spiritual essence. Q3: How can I verify the authenticity of Kaiguang?
Each artifact includes a Kaiguang certificate with the consecration date, master's dharma name, temple seal, and other information. You can also contact our customer service team with the artifact's serial number for verification.
Q4: What materials are your products made from?
We carefully select natural materials including natural crystals, 925 sterling silver, natural wood, jade, and gemstones. Each product page provides detailed material specifications.
Q5: Can I gift a sacred artifact to someone?
Yes. Gifting a consecrated sacred artifact to family or friends is a beautiful way to share blessings and protection. We recommend choosing an auspicious date for gifting and informing the recipient about proper wearing and care.

Q6: Which countries do you ship to?

Q7: How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after receipt. If coinciding with a Kaiguang ceremony date, it may take 3-5 business days. We will promptly notify you of tracking information.
Q8: How long does international shipping take?
Depending on the destination, delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. We provide tracking services so you can monitor your package status at any time.
Q9: How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on destination and order weight, displayed at checkout. Orders to certain regions may qualify for free shipping above a minimum amount.
Q10: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may contact customer service to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return upon receipt (subject to our return policy).

Q12: Can I return a consecrated sacred artifact?
If the artifact has quality issues or significantly differs from the description, returns are accepted. However, for personal reasons (such as incorrect size or preference), since the artifact has been consecrated, we recommend careful consideration before purchase.
Q13: Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, we cover return shipping. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Q14: How should I wear my sacred artifact?
We recommend choosing an auspicious date and time for first wearing. Wearing close to the body provides optimal effect. Avoid wearing while bathing, swimming, or sleeping to maintain the artifact's purity.
Q15: Can I wear the artifact with other jewelry?
Yes, but we recommend avoiding wearing with excessively heavy or sharp jewelry to prevent damage to the sacred artifact.
Q16: How do I clean my sacred artifact?
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners. Silver items can be maintained with professional silver polishing cloths.
Q17: How should I store the artifact when not wearing it?
Wrap in red cloth or a brocade pouch and store in a dry, clean place. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments.
